GOOD DESIGN PRACTICES: DRAWINGS AND SETTINGS (IV)
With today’s article we complete the series of good design practices. I hope we have been able to zoom in the operation of WOODEXPERT and make it even more pleasant, comfortable and efficient.
Good design practices: drawings
1. Produce the furniture documentation using the drawing generator.
The 2D documentation generator ensures consistency of documentation throughout the organisation (by using shared settings) and enhances the comfort of the production personnel reading the drawings.
2. Avoid shaded views – the recommended view is “Hidden deleted lines”.
This view is the most best for hardware and is consistent with the generally accepted documentation development principles.
Good design practices: settings
1. Allow an administrator to manage the library and settings.
This will allow you to unify the design standards and improve the management of your entire team.
2. Set up the station properly before work.
A properly adapted workplace is vital for efficient work. Remember that you can always ask us to deploy WOODEXPERT at your company – we’ll adjust your settings, library or templates to your needs.
