Regulations of the promotion „WOODEXPERT 3DXW23” [W 1/01/2023]:

I. General provisions
1) These Regulations, define the terms and conditions under which the promotion titled „WOODEXPERT 3DXW23” (hereinafter referred to as: PROMOTION) takes place.
(2) The organizer of the Promotion is SOLIDEXPERT Polska Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k. with its registered office in Kraków, G. Zapolska 44 Street, 30-126 Kraków, District Court for Kraków Śródmieście in Kraków, XI Economic Department of the National Court Register, KRS No. 0000709694, NIP No. 6772380230, BDO No. 000329881, email: office@solidexpert.com, www.solidexpert.com, phone: +48 12 626 06 00, fax: 12 626 00 92. (hereinafter: SOLIDEXPERT).
(3) The promotion starts on: 12.02.2023r. and lasts until 30.04.2023r. (end date of the Promotion).

II. Conditions for participation in the Promotion
(1) The document entitling to participate in the Promotion is a WOODEXPERT Discount Coupon – issued by SOLIDEXPERT to bearer. The specimen of the WOODEXPERT Discount Coupon is given in the appendix to these Regulations.
(2) The Promotion shall not be combined with other SOLIDEXPERT promotions, including discounts for the purchase of software from SOLIDEXPERT, unless SOLIDEXPERT gives its consent in this regard at least by e-mail.
(3) Participation in the Promotion and providing data related to participation in the Promotion is voluntary.
(4) Participation in the Promotion may be taken by any Entity that is an entrepreneur (hereinafter referred to as CUSTOMER), which will purchase from SOLIDEXPERT a subscription to a commercial, legal perpetual license of WOODEXPERT software (hereinafter referred to as: SOFTWARE) during the Promotion.
(4) The condition for participation in the Promotion is:
1) signing and submitting by the Customer to SOLIDEXPERT during the Promotion, at least by sending a scan via e-mail, an order for the purchase of the SOFTWARE and a statement that the Customer has received, read and accepted the terms and conditions of the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions, on the SOLIDEXPERT order form (hereinafter: „Application”);
2) presentation by the Customer to SOLIDEXPERT of the WOODEXPERT Discount Coupon (at least a scan via e-mail) – at the latest at the time of placing the order.
(5) One Customer may use a maximum of one WOODEXPERT Discount Coupon.
6. the WOODEXPERT Discount Coupon can be used only once and once used it becomes invalid.
7. the WOODEXPERT Discount Coupon is not exchangeable for cash or in-kind, and no change is issued from it. The right to obtain a discount in exchange for the coupon is not transferable and is not equivalent to money.
(8) SOFTWARE, when paying for which the WOODEXPERT Discount Coupon has been used, are not subject to return or exchange, including as not being in accordance with the contract or under warranty or guarantee.

III. Benefits for the Customer
1) The WOODEXPERT Discount Coupon entitles the Client to purchase the SOFTWARE license at a net price reduced by a discount in the amount of 1500 USD (one thousand five hundred US dollars), but not less than 1 USD (one US dollar).
(2) The condition for receiving the discount indicated in paragraph 1 above is payment by the Client of the entire purchase price of the SOFTWARE license by the due date. In the event that the Client fails to pay the entire purchase price of the SOFTWARE license on time – SOLIDEXPERT shall be entitled to demand from the Client a refund of the Advantage resulting from paragraph 1 above. For reimbursement of the value of the BENEFITS so far accrued in accordance with the above, SOLIDPERT shall be entitled to charge the Client with a VAT invoice, payable by transfer within the time specified in the invoice, no later than within 30 days from the date of issuance of the VAT invoice.

IV. Complaint procedure
Any complaints regarding the way the Promotion is carried out or any issues related thereto shall be submitted by the Customers by mail to the following address: SOLIDEXPERT Polska Sp. z o.o. Sp.k., ul. G. Zapolskiej 44, 30-126 Kraków, or electronically at the following e-mail address: biuro@solidexpert.com
(2) The complaint should contain company data, contact details and a detailed description and justification of the complaint.
(3) Complaints will be considered by SOLIDEXPERT within 21 days from the date of their receipt.
(4) The customer will be notified of the method of processing the complaint by e-mail to the address provided in the complaint.
(5) Claims not considered or not taken into account in the complaint procedure can be pursued before the Polish common court of law competent according to the seat of SOLIDEXPERT. The applicable law is Polish law.

V. RODO
The administrator of personal data within the meaning of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016. (RODO), made available to SOLIDEXPERT by the Client in connection with participation in the Promotion, is SOLIDEXPERT Polska Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp.k. with its registered office in Kraków, ul. Gabrieli Zapolskiej 44, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Kraków Śródmieście in Kraków, XI Economic Division of the National Court Register under KRS No. 0000709694, NIP: 677-238-02-30. Detailed information about the purposes, legal basis and principles of personal data processing by SOLIDEXPERT, including information about recipients of personal data, data storage time, rights of data subjects is available at www.solidexpert.com. By submitting the Application, the Client confirms that he/she is familiar with the aforementioned information on personal data processing, as well as provides the persons appointed for mutual contacts and cooperation in the implementation of participation in the Promotion with information on the possibility to become familiar with the rules of personal data processing by SOLIDEXPERT.

VI. Final Provisions
1) Customer’s participation in the Promotion shall mean acceptance of the terms of the Promotion as stated in these Regulations.
(2) SOLIDEXPERT reserves the right to amend the Regulations, as well as to cancel the Promotion at any time, without giving any reason.
(3) In case of making changes to the Regulations, SOLIDEXPERT shall make available the consolidated text of the Regulations by publishing it on the Promotion website.
(4) Amendment of the Regulations or cancellation of the Promotion shall not deprive the Customers of their acquired rights affecting orders placed under the Promotion prior to the amendment.
